Part of the reason I started exercising (biking and running) is because I want to lose weight. Â That’s the entire reason for the weekly weigh-ins where I track my progress on this journey. Â A side benefit of losing weight is that my clothes (in some cases) fit better. Â Things were, I’m sad to admit, getting a bit tight.
I’ve noticed that shirts fit better, as do my pants. Â As I noticed this morning – so do my belts. Â This morning I was able to move the belt another notch tighter (without it being uncomfortable). Â Seeing progress like that really helps keep me motivated to do this.
So – how did my weight fare this week? Â A slight improvement at 200.2 pounds. Â Â Not as dramatic a change as before, Â but it’s still progress.
