Wednesday Weigh-In: Am I getting smaller or my belt getting larger?

Part of the reason I started exercising (biking and running) is because I want to lose weight.   That’s the entire reason for the weekly weigh-ins where I track my progress on this journey.   A side benefit of losing weight is that my clothes (in some cases) fit better.   Things were, I’m sad to admit, getting a bit tight.

I’ve noticed that shirts fit better, as do my pants.   As I noticed this morning – so do my belts.   This morning I was able to move the belt another notch tighter (without it being uncomfortable).  Seeing progress like that really helps keep me motivated to do this.

So – how did my weight fare this week?  A slight improvement at 200.2 pounds.     Not as dramatic a change as before,   but it’s still progress.
